• Account details: your name, company and email address, provided by Greenspec when your account is created.
• Sign-in data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in securely.
• Download history: which files your account downloaded and when, used for support and license compliance.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not collect more than the portal needs to function.

Data retention

Account and download records are kept for as long as your account is active. When an account is deleted, its personal data is removed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at info@greenspec.nl and we will respond within 30 days.
