These terms apply to the Greenspec customer portal and the software distributed through it.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by Greenspec for licensed customers only.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Greenspec may disable or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Software licenses

• Software downloaded from this portal is licensed, not sold.
• Your right to use GSC06 and related tools is governed by your license agreement with Greenspec.
• Redistribution of installers or license keys is not permitted.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access files or areas your account is not entitled to.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the portal.

Warranty and liability

Software is provided as described in your license agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Greenspec is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this portal.

Changes

Greenspec may update these terms. Continued use of the portal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
